Pinksixty News TUESDAY 15 MAY 2012

pbmaise: A class action lawsuit against Super PAC donors seeks to help block attempts by National Organization for Marriage to implement a nation-wide ban on same-sex marriage or adoption. Basis of lawsuit is Maine's victory against NOM where the Court ruled that when there is an understanding between parties....that it doesn't matter if contribution is given to a third party who claims to be independent.
